Hindi delivered the single biggest chunk of Toxic’s opening day, more than double its home Kannada market \u2014 an unusual split for a Kannada-original film, driven by aggressive multiplex pushes in the Hindi belt and Yash’s pan-India star power post-KGF. Kannada, however, posted the strongest occupancy of any language at 89%, reflecting home-turf loyalty even with fewer shows.<\/p>\n

Advance Booking: A Record-Setting Run<\/h2>\n

Toxic’s pre-release buzz translated directly into ticket sales \u2014 advance bookings alone crossed \u20b957.74 Crore gross (\u20b972.95 Crore including block seats) from over 18.26 lakh tickets sold before Day 1 even began, with Hindi 2D leading at \u20b927.76 Crore and Kannada 2D close behind at \u20b917.08 Crore.<\/p>\n
