What Do You Need to Work Out? 

If you are going to be doing quick workouts, then it may well be that you do not need to get a gym membership but would benefit instead from simply having some gym equipment at home that you can use. Be sure to consider some of the exercises below, and depending on which one is right for you, you can buy equipment that will help. This could be a yoga mat, resistance bands, or dumbbells. Good Quick Workouts

So, what are some quick and easy workouts you can do?

  • Beginner-Friendly 

If you are new to working out and don’t want to overdo it, then you should consider this beginner workout. Simply set a timer for ten minutes and then do as many as you possibly can. 

  1. Push-ups (x5)
  2. Squats (x10) 
  3. Plank taps (x16)
  4. Jumping jacks (x20)
  5. 45-second rest
  • Bodyweight Workout 

This is a great workout if you do not want to purchase a lot of equipment and want to push yourself. 

  1. Squats (30 seconds)
  2. Knee push-ups (30 seconds) 
  3. V-Ups (30 seconds)
  4. Mountain climbers (30 seconds)
  5. Rest (30 seconds)
  6. Repeat 4 times
  • No-Sweat Strength Workout 

If you are looking for a good workout that you can do right before you leave the house and, as such, don’t have time to shower afterward then this one is the perfect choice for you. Make sure that you do each move for 2 minutes and then take a 30-second rest after each. 

  1. Bodyweight squats 
  2. Push-ups 
  3. Plank with t-rotations 
  4. Alternating standing oblique crunches 
  • Keep It Simple 

If you want a straightforward workout, then you should consider the below that only consists of two moves. 

  1. Push-ups (30 seconds)
  2. Rest (30 seconds)
  3. Squat jumps (try with dumbbells if too easy on its own) (30 seconds)
  4. Rest (30 seconds)
  5. Repeat 5 times
