Jessica Seewald Marries New Guy Just MONTHS After Finalizing Divorce!

Sometimes it’s the forbidden fruit that tastes the sweetest.

How else to explain the fact that the Duggars raise their kids to believe that divorce is an affront to God, and yet, young people within their community have been ending their marriages in record numbers lately.

It’s always sad when people get divorced, but if this is a sign that young evangelicals are finally starting to reject the authority of people like Jim Bob, then maybe it’s not such a bad thing.

And to make the situation even funnier, some of these young people are moving on from their marriages with breakneck speed.

The latest young fundie to call call it quits and jump right into a new relationship is none other than Jessica Seewald.

Jessica is the sister of Ben Seewald and thus, the sister-in-law of Jessa Duggar.

So she’s not directly related to Jim Bob in any way, but you can be sure he’s worried about how her behavior might affect his reputation, especially now that he’s running for a seat in the Arkansas State Senate.

Anyway, Jessica has been thumbing her nose at the Duggar marriage rules, and since she’s probably pissing Jim Bob off by doing so, we’re 100 percent here for it.

As you may recall Jessica filed for divorce from Dwight Philip Lester back in May.

The couple was married for less than two years, and Jessica cited abuse and neglect as her reasons for ending the marriage.

From there, things moved very rapidly.

Jessica and Dwight finalized their divorce in July, and it seems that by that time, she had already found the next man of her dreams.

According to a new report from The Sun, Jessica married Joseph Coates in a surprise wedding that took place over the weekend.

As you can see from the couple’s first pic as a married couple, it looks as though the wedding was a very informal affair.

It’s unclear if the couple invited any of Jessica’s famous in-laws of if they merely eloped.

In fact, the only real insight into the big day comes to us courtesy of Jessica and Joseph’s wedding photographer, who was the first to post the pic.

“I was so honored to be part of this special day, congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Coates and all the best wishes and blessings in your life together!!!” he wrote on Instagram.

“I love the pure joy you can see radiating from this gorgeous couple.”

So yeah, we don’t have a ton of information about the newlyweds, but that description is certainly more promising than the last update we received about one of Jessica’s relationships.

“Constant verbal altercations creating an extremely intolerable home environment and causing me great emotional turmoil,” read a filing from divorce court, in which Jessica’s lawyers outlined her reasons for wanting to end her marriage.

“Financial strain from the beginning of the marriage due to poor money management on part of the defendant,” the attorneys continued.

Hopefully, Jessica will experience much better luck with her second marriage.

And hopefully, she’ll continue to find little ways to piss of Jim Bob!
