Yes, thinking about changing jobs or even careers can lead to some sleepless nights. That said, you want to put yourself in a job where you can thrive and where you’re happy at the end of the day. If you are not thriving and not happy at work, it can make an eight hour day seem a lot longer than that.

So, take time to assess where you work, the kind of job you have, and how best to make things better moving forward.

When it comes right down to it, your job is a key piece of your life.

As such, you want to work at making it as ideal as possible.
