The results of these tests can then be compared to the national checkmarks of student health to determine if the curriculum is causing massive burnout.

  • Optimize the syllabus

Grading systems are the most common cause of stress and depression in medical students. Colleges and schools with a pass or fail grading method show much fewer burnout cases than colleges with other methods. A survey indicated that 60% of medical students are likely to drop out of medical school without a pass or fail grading system.
